Rene Johnson: Rene, NCTM, will present a program on incorporating theory in the music studio. Participants will: try some games and activities and explore materials available; learn how to make time during lessons for theory, to make it fun and enjoyable; better understand how it will enhance the student’s musical experience.
She will discuss the VMTA Theory tests, their value in the studio, and ways to prepare for the tests.

Nancy Davis: Past president of NVMTA, Nancy Davis, will talk about “Technology in the Studio”. A poll will be taken in September from all interested members as to specific topics/areas of interest. Her discussion will be tailored to our needs.
